You most likely hear this term all the time: Network.

In what context does network apply?  That can vary.  According to Merriam-Webster, network has 5 different definitions:

  1. “1 :  a fabric or structure of cords or wires that cross at regular intervals and are knotted or secured at the crossings … ribbons, lace and embroidery wrought together in a most curious piece of network … — Joseph Addison
  2. 2 :  a system of lines or channels resembling a network a telephone network a network of blood vessels
  3. 3a :  an interconnected or interrelated chain, group, or system a network of hotels b:  a system of computers, peripherals, terminals (see 2terminal 2), and databases connected by communications lines
  4. 4a :  a group of radio or television stations linked by wire or radio relay b:  a radio or television company that produces programs for broadcast over such a network sold the show to a big network
  5. 5 :  a usually informally interconnected group or association of persons (such as friends or professional colleagues) a support network available to single mothers a network of bird watchers”

 

Surely, we have all heard about most of these types of network, especially a system of computers or television stations.  One common meaning is number 5, “a usually informally interconnected group or association of persons (such as friends or professional colleagues)”.  This type of network is crucial as Real Estate Investor who help customers.

 

At Reel Property Solutions, LLC, in day to day functions as Real Estate Investors, we must network to meet the need of current and potential clients.  Here are some of the examples we have encountered:

When Reel Property Solutions, LLC is finished with the renovation of a property, one option is to resell is through a licensed Real Estate Agent/Realtor/Real Estate Broker.  Being close with these professionals is vital to the success of selling the property in a timely manner.
  • Having quality contractors, such as carpenters, plumbers, roofers, etc. is major for Real Estate Investors.  The finished property must be in the best condition to sell to the end buyer.  A multitude of contractors may come through the property during renovation, therefore, being in a network and personally getting to know the best of the best is imperative.

 

  • YOU! The best type of network comes from YOU who have heard of Reel Property Solutions, LLC and want to utilize our services.  Word of mouth referrals are the best because they come from others who have positive thoughts about our service.
