Case Study: Homeowner B: Buy My House FAST!

Second, do research!  While bizarre behavior was seen from Homeowner B, Reel Property Solutions, LLC did due diligence to confirm Homeowner B was in fact living in the house, had some sketchy employment records, and had a physical ailment.

Third, there was no communication between Homeowner B and spouse, this made the transaction risky because everyone had to agree.  In the end, Reel Property Solutions, LLC did not present an offer.
